The Operations Supervisor will oversee the operations of the Community Development Department and enforce organization policies and regulations. She/he will also track grants outcomes across all programs and ensure services are delivered according to grant agreements and program guidelines.
Qualifications
BA degree in Social Services /or related field, or equivalent knowledge from work experience may be substituted.
Previous experience as an operations supervisor or similar role.
Ability to work independently with minimum of supervision.
Ability to multi-task and delegate
Ability to perform a wide range of duties and tasks.
Strong written and oral communication and organizational skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
Self-motivated and a problem solver
Computer skills (Microsoft office, excel, power point and word).
Ability to maintain cooperative, diplomatic working relationships with co-workers, Supervisors,and the public.
Work as part of a team and collaborate with co-workers; and complete projects under tight deadlines even when there are competing requirements and changes in assignments.
Special Qualifications
Must submit to a pre-employment physical examination, drug screening and Tuberculosis(TB) clearance.
Must provide vaccination records for Pertussis (Tdap), Measles (MMR) and Influenza (optional).
Will be fingerprinted and must clear through DOJ and FBI.
Must possess own vehicle, valid California Driver’s License and at minimum, general liability automobile insurance.
Must provide proof of COVID 19 vaccination or apply for exemption.
