Title: Program Analyst Program: MAOF Headquarters-Montebello (Los Angeles, County) Salary Range: DOE Openings: 1 Position Status: Full-Time Closing Date: Open until filled
Under the direction of the CEO, the Program Analyst performs administrative, budgetary, managerial, organizational, and operational surveys, studies, and analyses on matters related to MAOF and its programs.
Bachelor Degree is required in public or business administration, or a related field;
Three years of increasingly responsible professional experience that includes fiscal, organizational, and operational analysis related to governmental agencies;
Effective communicator, highly skilled in writing and in speaking in front of groups;
Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills;
Fluent in written and spoken English;
Ability to deal with the conceptual matter;
Excellent computer skills;
Must possess own vehicle at all times, a valid California Driver’s License and appropriate automobile insurance;
Ability to maintain cooperative, diplomatic working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and the public; work as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues; and complete projects under tight deadlines even when there are competing requirements and changes in assignments.
Must meet State health requirements: Must submit to a pre-employment physical examination and Tuberculosis (TB) clearance at the time of employment.
Must be fingerprinted and cleared through the Justice Department.
Valid California driver’s license, have use of a motor vehicle and provide evidence of automobile liability insurance.
