Will provide and implement all programs and services under the Community Development Department which include but are not limited to financial, employment, digital coaching, free tax preparation services and immigration services. The Social Service Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day operations of the programs and ensure services follow grant agreements and program guidelines. This is an onsite position, no remote work.
Qualifications
BA degree in Social Services /or related field, or equivalent knowledge from work experience may be substituted.
Preferably 1-2 years as Program Coordinator experience
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
Special Qualifications
Must submit to a pre-employment physical examination, drug screening and Tuberculosis(TB) clearance.
Must provide vaccination records for Pertussis (Tdap), Measles (MMR) and Influenza (optional).
Will be fingerprinted and must clear through DOJ and FBI.
Must possess own vehicle, valid California Driver’s License and at minimum, general liability automobile insurance.
Must provide proof of COVID 19 vaccination or apply for exemption.
