MAOF Case Managers assist older adults (60+) with resources and services to help them live independently. Participants must reside in one of the following City of Los Angeles zip codes: 90031, 90032, 90033, 90041, 90042, 90065, and portions of 90023 and 90063.
Home visits Follow ups Assessments to identify needs In-home personal care / homemaker services Information and Assistance Assist Walk-ins on a daily basis Referrals to Housing, Social Security Office, Handy Worker Program
