In partnership with the Los Angeles Department of Aging, MAOF’s Senior Hispanic Information and Assistance Program (SHIAS) provides information services to seniors (60 years and older) throughout Los Angeles, connecting clients with services to keep them healthy and independent. Assistance includes:
Translation of forms and letters Application Assistance (Housing, Section 8, Disability, Lifeline, etc.) Distribution of Taxi Vouchers/Bus Tokens Food Bank (every Thursday 8am-12pm)
