Funded by the City of Los Angeles Department of Aging and the Department of Transportation of the City of LA, MAOF delivers the Transportation Assistance Program (TAP) which offers door-to-door service for frail and disabled elderly who do not have access to other means of transportation. Vans are wheelchair equipped and have first aid trained drivers.
