As a highly independent and detail-oriented professional, you will provide essential clerical and accounting support to the MAOF Fiscal Department. Your key responsibilities will include processing Accounts Payable invoices, maintaining accurate and up-to-date files, handling accounts payable tasks, and assisting accounting personnel. You will also be proficient in operating a range of office equipment and machines.
Qualifications
2+years of accounting experience
High School Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree or relevant certification preferred
Familiarity with basic accounting procedures and software
Proficient in MS Office, databases, and accounting software
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to follow written and oral directions, manage multiple tasks, and maintain regular attendance (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm)
Special Qualifications
Must submit to a pre-employment physical examination, drug screening and Tuberculosis(TB) clearance.
Will be fingerprinted and must clear through DOJ and FBI.
