To assist Site Supervisor with operation of pre-school and/or childcare and development center, ensuring that a quality program which meets contractual obligations, requirements, and MAOF standards is provided.
Qualifications
Minimum two (2) years of progressively more responsible administrative experience.
Site Supervisor Permit from CTCC, required.
Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred.
CPR& First Aide Certified.
Health & Safety Certified.
Physical and mental fitness to engage in management service in children’s centers.
Love for children and ability to work with people harmoniously. Evidence of emotional maturity, stability tactfulness, and the ability to provide professional leadership.
Must be fingerprinted (State law).
Strong written and oral communication and organizational skills.
Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Excel and Word
Must possess own vehicle at all times, a valid California Driver’s License and appropriate automobile insurance.
Ability to maintain cooperative, diplomatic working relationships with co-workers,supervisors and the public; work as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues; and complete projects under tight deadlines even when there are requirements and changes in assignments.
Must be committed to the goals and objectives of the Mexican American Opportunity Foundation.
