Tocreate program activities that address the developmental needs of children by providing appropriate learning experiences, goals, and objectives to all contractual commitments to the California Department of Education and Early Education Support Division.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required; An Associate’s Degree, Preferred.
Must possess a minimum of an Associate Teacher Permit from Commission of Teaching Credential.
Minimum of 3 years of Early Childhood Education Experience.
Must have knowledge of FCCERS and DRDP.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
Valid California Driver's License, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance required; ability to travel as needed.
Computer literate and data entry.
Excellent oral and writing skills.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Proper phone etiquette
Sensitivity and ability to work well with diverse ethnic, religious and cultural groups
Must have positive attitude with a desire to work with and promote the welfare of children and their families.
Sensitive to the needs of the program and the general public.
Ability to maintain cooperative, diplomatic working relationships with co-workers and supervisors; work as part of a team and collaborate with department; and complete projects under tight deadlines even when there are completing requirements and changes in assignments.
